Delivery

Our UK delivery target is within two working days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier availability, weekends, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.

  • Orders over £50: free delivery.
  • Orders of £50 or less: any applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout.

Make sure the delivery details entered at checkout are complete and accurate. If you have an order query, email help@apxvital.co.uk and include your order number.

Returns

Returns are accepted for unused products and for products that are faulty.

Before returning an item, email help@apxvital.co.uk with your order number, the product concerned and the reason for the return. For a faulty item, include a description and photographs where possible. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after your request has been reviewed.

Unused products should be returned in their original condition and packaging. Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights.
